Well, she's still not here. Glad I taught yoga classes right up until her due date, because she's now almost a week and a half late. I have been having some contractions, and I have dilated just a centimeter, but not in full labor yet. I guess I'll make some sugar cookies to get my mind off of waiting.

I am originally from Fairfax, Va. My earliest memories are living near Portland, Ore. We moved back to Va. the year before Mt. St. Helens errupted. In '86 my family moved to Asheville, NC. I attended UNCA and recieved my B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Anthropology. I moved to Knoxville, TN after graduating in '94. I got married in '95 and my husband and I moved to Johnson City, TN so he could attend Medical School. We have been here ever since. We live in an old neighborhood in a 1920's bungalow style house. We have a sheltie mix dog.
